GAZPROM TRANSGAS TCHAIKOVSKY ENTERPRISE: SCADA FOR ALMAZNOYE LINEAR PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATION
- Control Room: SPURT (ATGS), based on HP 9000/RTAP (Hewlett-Packard) integrated with PLC “PEP-Modular”
- Linear Part: 7 controlled stations with STN-3000 (ATGS), based on DPC 3330 (Bristol Babcock)
Almaznoye Local Production Administration (LPA) operates 137 kilometers of main gas pipe lines, namely «Urengoy - Petrovsk”, “ Urengoy -Novopskov”, “Yamburg - Povolsche”, “SRTO-URAL”, “Almaznaya” gas compressor station (CS) with 6 workshops and Gas measuring station (GMS).
SCADA is realized by means of 7 new Controlled Stations (CdS’s) of STN-3000 for linear part and LPA Control Room (CR) based on SPURT. CR is butted also with PEP-Modular station control system. All functions of linear part monitoring and control, monitoring and control of CS (base commands) are executed. Communication with CdS’s is executed partially by means of radio channel and partially by means of a cable. In future it is envisaged modernization of CdS of CMS and its connection to Control Room of LPA.
Project features: Control Room operates both with CdS of STN-3000 and with ÐÅÐ CS control system.
