GASPROM TRANSGAS TCHAIKOVSKY ENTERPRISE: UZHGOROD CORRIDOR OF MAIN GAS PIPELINES: SCADA OF TCHAIKOVSKIY, MOZHGINSKOYE, BARDYMSKOYE AND KUNGURSKOYE LINEAR PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATIONS
Control Room: SPURT (ATGS), based on HP 9000/RTAP (Hewlett-Packard). Integration with RTU A86 (Thomson)
Uzhgorod corridor of main gas pipelines includes a network of export gas pipelines, namely: “Urengoy - Uschgorod”, “Urengoy - Center 1, 2”, “Yamburg - Elets 1, 2” and “Progress”.
In accordance with the design from 1986 on gas pipelines it has been installed 9 Controlled Stations of A86 manufactured by “Thomson”, “A86/Thomson” control systems for workshops and MITPA-225 Control Room.
This project is realized in frames of SCADA overhaul. On the first stage of overhaul MITPA-225 control room has been replaced by “SPURT”. New control room was connected with existing control systems.
“SPURT” control rooms are interfaced with A86 linear Controlled Stations (CdS’s), A86 compressor station control systems and “Centaur” control systems for guard cocks. Control room executes all functions of monitoring and control including control of linear and guard cocks, reports preparation and signalling of parameters variations.
Project features: “SPURT” system is interfaced with A86/Thompson by means of the protocol developed by ATGS and with “Centaur” system by means of Modbus standard protocol. “SPURT” based interface with Central Control Room of the Enterprise has been realized including control commands issuing for linear cocks. Design of Local Production Administration Control Room is considered as standard design for reconstruction of all Production Administrations in Uzhgorod corridor.
