GAZPROM TRANSGAS TCHAIKOVSKY ENTERPRISE: SCADA FOR GREMYACHENSKIY LOCAL PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATION.

• Control Room: Software - based on InTouch (Wanderware) Integration with GE-Fanuc PLC (General Electric)
• Linear Part: 6 controlled stations with STN-3000 (ATGS), based on DPC 3330 (Bristol Babcock) and radio (Johnson)

Gremyachenskiy Local Production Administration (LPA) operates 136 kilometers of linear part of six gas pipelines, and also loopings and branch lines. Gremyachenskiy (L P A) includes also compressor station with six workshops. 
SCADA includes 5 Controlled Stations (CdS) of STN-3000 (they are installed on 6 - 8 lines gas pipeline), control system for compressor station and Control room of (L P A). Control system is based on PROCONTROL software and hardware complex manufactured by ABB, SPURT is based on HP9000/RTAP. It is executed all functions of linear part monitoring and control, compressor station monitoring and control (base commands). 
The system is operated from November 1998. SCADA on linear part operates in very complicated environment. 

Each Control Station includes 30 - 40 telesignals. Control Room works both with Controlled Stations of STN-3000 and ABB/PROCONTROL compressor station control system. It is realized the interface with Enterprise Central Control Room based on SPURT.
