ATGS developed and introduced in the gas and oil industries more than 80 control systems of various complexity.With great accumulated experience of creation and introduction of SCADA systems ATGS can offer to the customer a number of practical solutions.
The system of linear telemechanics gas pipelines (SLTM)
is based on the program-technical complex STN-3000 designed by ATGS.SLTM is used for the remote control of gas pipelines and pipelines of a different configuration and it provides resistance to the harsh climatic conditions (works in the temperature range between -40 (-50)…+70 C), a variety of communication means. Also, SLTM provides advanced functionality and a lot of different controlled points` (CP) structures. The system of protection and safety, energy management and etc are included in implementation options. Interface is implemented with the cathodic protection stations. CPs are equipped with the uninterrupted power sources for 72 hours of the autonomic work. SLTM requires a minimum of maintenance and supports advanced remote diagnostics, loading and configuring CP from the top level of the system.
SLTM uses the main controllers of STN-3000, ControlWave and ControlWave Micro and it is integrated into the control system of gas-transport enterprises (or similar entity).

Automated control system of the gas distribution station (GDS) on the basis of the program-technical complex STN-3000 designed by ATGS and the system of automated control of gas-measuring station (GMS).
GDS and GMS are used for complex gas distribution and gas distributing stations automation, GMS and similar objects. GDS allows realization of different complexity systems depending on the customers’ requirements and the object readiness for automation. Implementation of automatic control and regulation of units and assemblies work. GDS uses its own calculators and flow correctorsTeleFlow STN-3000 and ControlWave and supports interface with devices of various manufacturers.

Gas wells telemechanics system on the basis of the program-technical complex STN-3000 designed by ATGS.
It is
intended for complex automation of gas wells in the development of new
gas and gas-condensate fields or the reconstruction of the existing gas
and gas-condensate fields. As all the other decisions of STN-3000, gas
wells telemechanics system is highly resistant to harsh environment, low
power consumption, minimal maintenance requirements, while it is
providing a high level of functionality and is solving the most
complicated tasks and control modes of wells operation. Control point of
telemechanics (CP TM) is equipped for flow measurement in wells with
its own intellectual gauges MVT 3808 STN-3000 or interacts with
measuring complexes of the most various manufacturers. CP TM also
carries out management shut-off and regulating valves, devices and
inhibitor, systems of electric chemical protection (ECP); interacts with
the security alarm system and other equipment, established on the gas
wells. The data transfer to CP TM is carried out on a radio channel in
most cases. Well clusters telemechanics can be implemented as a part of
an integrated ACS\ISC of the enterprise or as a standalone complex.

Gas wells telemechanics system without power supply based on the program-technical complex STN-3000 and designed by
ATGS. It is intended for automation of productions where the constant
power supply for gas wells is not provided. The use of ControlWave
Express controllers (with extremely low power consumption optimally
interact with the MVT 3808) sensor, solar batteries and battery which
provides autonomous operation and execution of control parameters basic
functions of the wells without external power source. Software,
controller operation algorithm and radio communication with CP TM are
also optimized on the criterion of minimizing the energy consumption.TM
of gas wells without the constant power supply is capable of effective
functioning in various regions, including the Polar night conditions in
the regions of the Extreme North. TM is realized in the integrated
SCADA\ICS structure of the enterprise or as a stand-alone complex.

Control point for systems of telemechanics STN-3000 is developed by ATGS and is a highest level of system of linear telemechanics, gas wells telemechanics, gas distributing station or gas measuring station or automated control and management of other geographically-distributed objects system. STN-3000 control point is a computer system with the SCADA software and special OpenBSI software for work with ControlWave and DPC 33xx controllers.CP queries CP TM and provides control of commands and regulation, diagnosts CP and communication systems, performs a full-featured remote parametrisation and CP configuration.CP is implemented as an independent management of TM system,or as a backup HMI and service system (in integrated complex of SPURT management) or similar systems of other developers. As a SCADA CP TM Wonderware InTouch or RTAP are used depending on the peculiarities of the project.Microsoft SQL Server and/or Microsoft Office can be applied to meet the challenges of data archiving and reporitng.

The dispatching point of line production management of main gas pipeline (DP LPU) SPURT
is a full-functional system of dispatching management of gas transport and gas production enterprise of JSC Gazprom or similar unit, which operates real-time working distributed technological objects.
DP LPU system is implemented on the basis of program-technical complex SPURT designed by ATGS (uses real-time RTAP\Plus and relational DBMS ORACLE). Which system includes real-time SCADA subsystem, archiving subsystem, ADCS control applications and information support of Intranet subsystem (there are possible variants of equipment).SCADA is offered in OS UNIX, LINUX and Windows variants, the other subsystems are offered in OS Windows. The system provides control and monitoring in real-time of local automation systems of various manufacturers, supports a large number of standard and original protocols for data sharing. It works with the protection of information of different developers systems and can be flexibly configured on the automation object, has a great expansion capability. DP LPU system requires a minimum of maintenance, provides servers` backup, HMIs and communication channels. Also, version of “single” system is available and the maximum functionality is achieved with the integrated ADCS enterprise.

Integrated ASODU of enterprise –
is a full-featured system of dispatching control of subsidiary JSC Gazprom. It is implemented on the basis of program-technical complex SPURT designed by ATGS (uses real-time RTAP\Plus and relational DBMS ORACLE). The system provides creation of a multilevel distributed system of dispatching control for the effective integration with SPURT control points on the branches level (LPU, etc). Anti-interference protocols of inter-server exchanges of various information are implemented, so do synchronization settings of databases and screen forms of dispatching points of all levels methods. A wide range of subsystems provides complex automation of all the business-process for dispatching control and management of CDS\CCP of enterprise (or subsidiary).The system includes models of the object management and decision-making support system (in addition to real-time SCADA subsystem, archiving subsystem, ADCS control applications and information support of Intranet subsystem). It can be integrated with automation system of documents circulations, repair control; user`s applications, components of ERP. It provides information exchanges for enterprises with a superior management system, boundary companies, gas supply enterprises and others. The information-control system of underground gas storage (ICS UGS)
is a complex system of underground gas storage (UGS) facilities, based on the program-technical means of Siemens Simatic PCS 7.As an option it is possible to use STN-3000 ControlWave controllers. ICS of UGS includes controllers, SCADA server and operator (dispatcher) station, communication systems and high-speed bus data transmission. It integrates with the dispatch station of UGS facilities or includes UGS facilities in its structure.ICS fully covers all the main and auxiliary facilities of UGS: the compressor station, gas wells, gas-collecting points, gas drying and cleaning facilities, methanol and ethylene glycol regeneration, gas pipelines, energy systems and others. Vertical and horizontal data integration provides not only local regulation of the activities but also the establishment of a common information space for all the UGS parameters. That allows carrying out a comprehensive control and storage management as a single technological object from a single desktop. UGS provides the use of different instruments for the control and regulation of gas flow in wells. Mathematical model of the repository, which is included in ICS structure allows in real-time optimizing of storage on the specified criteria. The greatest effect from ICS introduction is achieved through the use of regulators, executive mechanisms and intellectual devices.

Dispatching point of UGS Control (DP of UGS)
– is an integrated part of the ICS UGS or independent system for complex automation of UGS dispatching control station facilities functions as a branch of JSC Gazprom UGS.It includes subsystems of real-time SCADA, archiving, control applications and dispatcher`s log, modeling and special technological calculations; gets the real-time data from servers or controllers of different types in standard or original protocols;provides operations of UGS facilities due to own custom modules and\or use of modeling software complex.

The complex for dispatchers and operators training is the solution intended for comprehensive dispatchers training, removable engineers of CC, experts in automation and other staff of the joint gas-transport enterprise. It includes a training complex of dispatching point SPURT with the dynamic model of the gas transportation network and the machines of telemechanics system STN-3000, systems management and distribution unit SAU MSKU-5000 and controller of fire safety PC-4510. Complex is created by ATGS with the participation of companies CJSC "NPF Sistema-Service"LTD., "Ingoil", CJSC "Specpojingeneering" and "Quant "LTD. Works with real program-technical complexes used at the production objects.
Model GTS "Vesta" and model HPA allow to process different operation modes, to train dispatchers and operators to take the right decisions in various regular and emergency situations. Can be implemented as complex as a whole and as its individual components.

The system of linear telemechanics with leak detection system. SLTM with functions of leak detection system provides control of pipeline integrity and leak detection on the basis of the basic software and hardware STN-3000. The developed solution provides the location and parameters of the mathematical method by data analysis from CP TM, and carry out the necessary calculations and simulation. Specialized tasks of SLTM with LDS are solved by software module LealSPY which is designed by ATGS partner - "Energoavtomatika"LTd. Computing system with LeakSPY is included to the CP TM STN-3000 and exchanges with the SCADA system in real-time. The CP TM software is expanded for the tasks solution. CP accommodation, installation of pressure sensors and flow meters are made due to the SLTM with leak detection system tasks decisions. Established search for leaks in capacitors and methanol pipeline, and leakage of oil products.

The decision support system - is the extension of the STN-3000 or the enterprise (branch) control point on the basis of SPURT. The system automates the current situation analysis, predicts the direction of its development and issues recommendations to operator about his actions on liquidation of emergency situations with minimal regime violating and reducing losses. Development and implementation of decision support systems due to the high complexity of technological facilities, a large amount of the analyzed information for operators and the difficulty in a short time to develop and realize the optimal solutions. Decision support system contains the module ( module is modeling on the base of "Astra"), a database and an expert system, alarm module, etc. Source of information for analysis and calculation is STN-3000 and other systems of the customer. Advanced configuration and setup of the database and the model of the gas transportation system shall ensure the development of "the intellectual component" of decision support systems and relevance of the calculated scheme.

Integrated dispatching LPU\CS - is a solution for the creation of a single combined dispatch LPU/operated CS for the modern compressor stations. It is implemented commonly with "NPF System-Service" due to the tight integration of software-technical complexes SPURT and MSKU-5000. The decision is aimed at reducing the number of operator's stations on the CP and implementation of the single programming interface WinCC for the management of all technological facilities, including compressor stations and LTM. The greatest effect from the implementation is reached for the automation of objects with "few-people" organization of technological processes management, first of all with the CP operator station and dispatching LPU association, several compressor workshops association, etc. Integrated dispatching station combines data not only from the CC and SLTM, but also from the energy systems, support systems, diagnostics system and other. Has a flexible structure and a wide expansion of scope of automation. Seamlessly integrates into existing or newly created enterprise management system.

SCADA of the main oil pipeline includes linear CP, measuring the mass flow of oil products, automatic process control systems of pump stations, communication means, implemented on the basis of PTC STN-3000, and a few DP with reserve function, implemented on the basis of PTC SPURT, which provides multitasking with the possibility of continuous calculation of the oil products balance, the definition boundary of the oil products and localization of leaks.
