GASPROM TRANSGAS TCHAIKOVSKY ENTERPRISE: SCADA FOR OCHERSKIY LOCAL PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATION

• Control Room: Software - based on InTouch (Wanderware) Integration with GE-Fanuc PLC (General Electric)
• Linear Part: 6 controlled stations with STN-3000 (ATGS), based on DPC 3330 (Bristol Babcock) and radio (Johnson)

Ocherskiy Local Production Administration (LPA) operates 160 kilometers of linear part of two gas pipeline, 2-workshops compressor station, gas distribution stations (GDS) and “Ochansk – Kirov” branch gas pipeline. 
SCADA of Ocherskiy LPA is realized as two-levels distributed system including 6 controlled stations of STN-3000 system, GE-Fanuc control system for compressor station and INTOUCH Control Room of (LPA). SCADA executes all functions of monitoring and control for linear Controlled Stations and monitoring of main parameters of compressor station operation and generation basic commands for compressor station. SCADA includes Controlled Stations of gas pressure reduction assembly. This Controlled Stations executes gas supply remote control through branch pipeline. 
The system is in operation from September 1999. It is provided with possibility of new Controlled Stations connection. 

The system has been passed the interagency tests and has been recommended for application on the enterprises of «Gasprom» by the solution of Interagency Committee from April 02, 1997. It is realized the interface with Central Control Room of the Enterprise.
