“AtlanticTransgasSystem Co., Ltd” was founded in 1992. It is situated in Moscow and has represantatives in Nizhniy Novgorod and Tver, and a project office in Nizhniy Novgorod.
ATGS’s major business line is complex automation of enterprises of oil and gas industry; heat, water and gas supply networks; power distribution systems and other factories with continuous technological processes.
Our main customers are leading enterprises for gas production and transportation of "Gazprom" Public Corp.": “Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky”, “Gazprom transgaz Saint-Petersburg”, “Gazprom transgaz Moscow”, “Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk”, “Gazprom transgaz Volgograd”, “Gazprom transgaz Nizhny Novgorod”, “Gazprom transgaz Tomsk”, “Gazprom transgaz Ekaterinburg”, “Gazprom transgaz Ukhta”, “Gazprom dobycha Orenburg”, “Gazprom dobycha Yamburg”, “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy”, “Sibneftegaz”, “Mezhregiongas Ltd.”; oil and oil products transporting enterprises ("Peterburgtransnefteproduct", "Samaratransnef"t) “JSC Transnefteproduct” Public Corp.); heat supply networks enterprises of Russian cities.
ATGS executes full complex of engineering works for creation of automated control systems for continuous technological processes, including:
- Research and design work;
- Application software and dataware engineering;
- Engineering and production of control points of telemechanics and automatics cabinets;
- Complete delivery of program-technical complexes (PTC) (telemechanics, automatics, computer and communication facilities, sensors, block-boxes, application and operational software);
- System setting up in the testing area, and factory tests;
- Mounting and commissioning;
- Performing turnkey systems;
- Training, after sales and extended service.
High level of executed works is provided by modern scientific-technical and design solutions; use of contemporary program-technical complexes; high qualification of employees (among more than 120 employees there are: one full professor and ten PhDs (Tech.), post-graduate and graduating students of the best Moscow universities, who passed training in leading Europe and USA companies).

During realization of our projects we cooperate with both Russian (“Gasavtomatika” , “Giprogascenter”, “Giprospetsgas”, “Gazkomplektimpex” , “Systema-Service”, “RT-Soft", “Energoavtomatika”, “NPO Promavtomatika” (companies group MPKC), “Spetspozhengineering”, “Systema-gas”, “VNIPIgasdobycha”), and foreign companies (ABB, Invensys, Data Telemetry, TesserNet, CCC, YOKOGAWA, THALES, “YuzhNIIGiprogas”).
ATGS realizes automatics systems on the base of following program-technical complexes: telemechanics system STN-3000 and dispatcher control system SPURT.
Telemechanics system STN-3000 includes complete kit of program-technical means for automation of territorially distributed technological entities. Development and production of the system is executed in Russia. Main distinctive features of STN-3000 are: embedded communication means, complete supply with sensors and primary devices, availability of natural gas and fluids commercial flow rate computers, capability of software adjust from the high level control, operation of the system in severe climatic conditions (from -50oC to +70oC). The system and its components have international and Russian certificates of metrology and explosion protection. STN-3000 is used for creation of automation systems of various functions, primarily systems of linear telemechanics for gas, petroleum and products pipelines control; telemechanization of gas wells groups, including non-electrified ones; and automation of other territorially distributed entities operating outdoors. Program-technical complex SPURT was developed for automation of dispatcher control at the enterprises for production and transportation of natural gas, oil and oil products and other entities of fuel-energy complex. SPURT allows to solve tasks of SCADA system during its integration with different systems of “site” level; tasks of storage and handling for archive and dispatcher report information; computational tasks and tasks of informational support for specialists and tasks of Intranet means control (with observation of all information safety measures). SPURT can operate under control of such operating systems as UNIX (Sun, HP-UX), LINUX and Windows. On the base of SPURT, dispatcher control complexes with different complexities and structures, including territorially distributed multilevel systems, are created. On the basis of SPURT, Subsystem of Support for decision making, including GTS model and expert system (the N.K. Baybakov Award) and training complex for training of dispatcher personnel of different qualifications (CDP, DP of LPA; OAO Gazprom diploma for the best simulator) were developed. The STN-3000 telemechanics complex and the SPURT program-technical complex have passed interdepartmental tests and are recommended for application in “Gazprom” Private Corp. On the base of presented complexes ATGS creates the following types of systems:
1. Systems of linear telemechanics for pipelines, including ones containing systems of leakage detection integration.
2. Systems of automated and automatic control for gas distributing points (GDP) and stations (GDS), and pump stations (PS), including gas flow rate computers.
3. Telemechanics systems for gas wells of fields and stations of gas underground stations.
4. Dispatcher stations of linear production subdivisions, central dispatcher stations of enterprises, multilevel integrated information-control systems.
5. Program complexes for automation of dispatcher control, including metering and planning of energy resources supply and others.
6. Control integrated systems for stations of gas underground storage (IUS SPHG). The solution includes automation of all main and auxiliary entities of SPHG: collecting gas distributing stations, workshops for gas purification, methanol and diethyleneglycol regeneration, compressor station, cleaning facilities, energetic and others. It was realized algorithms of processes-control and optimization, united dispatcher point with tasks of SCADA and MES levels.
Today more than 80 Dispatcher control complexes and more than 60 Telemechanics systems, including more than 900 CP and 80 SAC of GDS operate on the territory of the Russian Federation. Many years’ experience of exploitation has proved their high reliability.
Most significant realized projects are: Multilevel dispatcher systems with telemechanics systems, implemented in “Gazprom transgaz Tchajkovsky”, “Gazprom transgaz Tomsk”, “Gazprom transgaz Kazan”, “Gazprom transgaz Volgograd”; Telemechanics systems of gas pipelines: “Yamal-Europe”, “Zapolyarnoe-Urengoy”, “Severo-Evropeysky gas pipeline”, “Pochinki-Gryazovets”, “Urengoy-Uzhgorod”; Telemechanics systems of wells and fields “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy”, and fields: “Zapoljarnoe”, “Beregovoe”, “Uzhno-Russkoye”; ASC of technological processes of oil pipeline for OAO “Peterburgtransnefteprodukt”, including CP of telemechanics, SAC of pump stations, main and two additional DP.
Projects of gas pipelines “Bovanenkovo-Ukhta”, “Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok” and “Kamchatka” are in process.
Executed in ATGS research and development works are directed to widening of “traditional” solutions functionality, finishing to practical introduction of new technologies and control methods, realization of “smart” systems for control and supporting of solutions acceptance on the base of the most advanced program-technical complexes and information technologies.
In 2003 ATGS received Certificates of Quality Management System 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2008) in national system of certification GOST R and ISO 9001:2008 of international association IQNet. In 2006 and 2009 ATGS passed recertification in abovementioned systems.
CJSC "ATGS" was recognized as a laureate of the VII all-Russian contest for the best design and surveying organization for 2010 year and was included in the appropriate rating, in accordance with decision of the competitive Commission of Meeting of the Ministry of RF regional development, Russian Union of builders and trade Union of construction workers and industry of construction materials. CJSK "ATGS" was recognized as the winner of the VII all-Russian contest for the best design and surveying organization and was awarded the diploma of the first degree.
And in 2009 ATGS received the Certificate of Conformity of Quality Management System of STO Gazprom 9001-2006.
