 ATGS realizes automatics systems on the base of following program-technical complexes: telemechanics system STN-3000 and dispatcher control system SPURT.   

Telemechanics system STN-3000 includes complete kit of program-technical means for automation of territorially distributed technological entities. Development and production of the system is executed in Russia. Main distinctive features of STN-3000 are: embedded communication means, complete supply with sensors and primary devices, availability  of natural gas and fluids commercial flow rate computers, capability of Software adjust from the high level control,   operation of the system in severe climatic conditions (from -50oC to +70 oC). The system and its components have international and Russian certificates of metrology and explosion protection. STN-3000 is used for creation of automation systems of various functions, primarily systems of linear telemechanics for gas, petroleum and products pipelines control; telemechanization of gas wells groups, including nonelectrified ones; and automation of other territorially distributed entities operating outdoors. 

Program-technical complex SPURT was developed for automation of dispatcher control at the enterprises for production and transportation of natural gas, oil and oil products and other entities of fuel-energy complex. SPURT allows to solve tasks of SCADA system during its integration with different systems of “site” level; tasks of storage and handling for archive and dispatcher report information; computational tasks and tasks of informational support for specialists and tasks of Intranet means control (with observation of all information safety measures).

 SPURT can operate under control of such operating systems as UNIX (Sun, HP-UX), LINUX and Windows. On the base of SPURT, dispatcher control complexes with different complexities and structures, including territorially distributed multilevel systems, are created. On the basis of SPURT, Subsystem of Support for decision making, including GTS model and expert system (the N.K. Baybakov Award) and training complex for training of dispatcher personnel of different qualifications (CDP, DP of LPA; OAO Gazprom diploma for the best simulator)  were developed.

The STN-3000 telemechanics complex and the SPURT program-technical complex have passed interdepartmental tests and are recommended for application in “Gazprom” Private Corp.  
 

On the base of presented complexes ATGS creates the following types of systems:
  1. Systems of linear telemechanics for pipelines, including ones containing systems of leakage detection integration.
  2. Systems of automated and automatic control for gas distributing points (GDP) and stations (GDS), and pump stations (PS), including gas flow rate computers.
  3. Telemechanics systems for gas wells of fields and stations of gas underground stations.
  4. Dispatcher stations of linear production subdivisions, central dispatcher stations of enterprises, multilevel integrated information-control systems.
  5. Program complexes for automation of dispatcher control, including metering and planning of energy resources supply and others.
  6. Control integrated systems for stations of gas underground storage (IUS SHPG). The solution includes automation of all main and auxiliary entities of SHPG: collecting gas distributing stations, workshops for gas purification, methanol and diethyleneglycol regeneration, compressor station, cleaning facilities, energetic and others. It was realized algorithms of processescontrol and optimization, united dispatcher point with tasks of SCADA and MES levels.

Today more than 60 Dispatcher control complexes and more than 50 Telemechanics systems, including more than 800 CP and 80 SAC of GDS operate on the territory of the Russian Federation. Many years’ experience of exploitation has proved their high reliability

  • Telemechanics systems of wells and fields “Gazprom dobycha Urengoj”, and fields: “Zapoljarnoe”, “Beregovoe”, “Uzhnorusskoe”;
  • ASC of technological processes of oil pipeline for “Peterburgtransnefteprodukt”, including CP of telemechanics, SAC of pump stations, main and two additional DP.
